Born on 5th Oct. 1944, C.M.Birla successfully completed the professional course of CA in Nov. 1967 at the young age of 23 years. Since Feb. 1968, he is in practice with Head Quarter at KOTA and Office at Jaipur. |

He has the honour of being paper contributor, commentator, rapporteur and chairman at various Regional/ National Level Tax Seminars/ Conferences. In this sequence on 16th March 2008 he chaired the Valedictory Session of All India Taxation Seminar held at Jaipur. |

He joined Rotary in 1974. He was President Rotary Club Kota in the year 1982-83. With his proactive initiatives during his tenure as club Secretary, the plot of Rotary Club was retained. Then, as President of Rotary Club he could get the construction of Rotary Hall completed, the market value of which today is more than Rs. 10 crores. |

He twice worked as Chairman District Assembly hosted by Rotary Club Kota first in 1983-84 and second in 2004-05. |

He served Rotary at Club and District level in various capacities. He shall take office of District Governor of RI District 3050 on 1st July 2008. |
